Return & Refund Policy

Because Biker Buddeez products are mission-based collectible items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind purchases, duplicate orders, buyer’s remorse, or failure to read the product description before purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@BikerBuddeez.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If the issue is verified, Biker Buddeez may, at its discretion, replace the item, provide store credit, or issue a refund where appropriate.

If an item cannot be fulfilled, or if a shipping delay requires customer consent under applicable law, Biker Buddeez will follow applicable requirements, which may include offering the option to cancel for a refund.

Gifted BUDDEEZ purchases are assigned to organized mission campaigns and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once placed. 

Biker Buddeez Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor.
