Order Processing
Biker Buddeez products are processed and shipped as quickly as possible based on product availability, inventory, production timing, and campaign coordination.
In-stock retail items are typically processed within 3–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Items listed as upcoming batch, pre-order, backorder, or limited batch products will ship once inventory is received, checked, and prepared for fulfillment. Estimated shipping windows are estimates only and may change due to production timing, supplier delays, carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
Upcoming Batch / Pre-Order Items
Some Biker Buddeez products may be sold before a new batch arrives. If a product is marked as an upcoming batch, pre-order, or backorder item, the product page will provide the best available shipping estimate at the time of purchase.
If we cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, we will follow applicable requirements, which may include notifying the customer, requesting consent to a revised shipping date, or offering the option to cancel for a refund before shipment.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary based on shipping destination, package weight, carrier, shipping method, and current carrier pricing.
Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after an order has been processed and handed off to the carrier. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Biker Buddeez Foundation.
Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by the carrier, weather, incorrect addresses, forwarding issues, missed deliveries, or other events outside our control are not the responsibility of Biker Buddeez Foundation.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Biker Buddeez Foundation is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Biker Buddeez Foundation is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please first check with neighbors, household members, building management, and the shipping carrier.
If a package appears lost in transit, contact us at info@BikerBuddeez.com with your order number and tracking information. We will review the situation and help where we reasonably can, but replacement or refund decisions are made at our discretion.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@BikerBuddeez.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
If the issue is verified, Biker Buddeez may, at its discretion, replace the item, provide store credit, or issue a refund where appropriate.
Gifted BUDDEEZ Orders
Gifted BUDDEEZ purchases are assigned to organized mission campaigns and delivered through approved give channels based on campaign timing, inventory, and coordination.
Gifted BUDDEEZ purchases are final once placed and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except where required by law or where Biker Buddeez Foundation determines that an order cannot be fulfilled.
International Shipping
At this time, Biker Buddeez Foundation may limit shipping to available regions shown at checkout. If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.
Biker Buddeez Foundation is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international carriers.
