Biker Buddeez Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Our products, donations, and sponsorships support the Foundation’s charitable mission, including efforts to provide BUDDEEZ to children through Shriners and other approved mission channels.

Online Store Terms

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products, website, images, trademarks, or content for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to interfere with, damage, or misuse the website or its services.

Products, Donations, and Mission Purchases

Biker Buddeez offers mission-based collectible products, including plush BUDDEEZ, accessories, collectibles, gift purchases, and related items.

Retail purchases are for customers buying BUDDEEZ or related products for themselves, their families, gifts, collections, or mission support.

Gifted BUDDEEZ purchases are assigned to organized mission campaigns and delivered through approved give channels based on campaign timing, inventory, and coordination. Depending on the campaign, gifted BUDDEEZ may include BILLEE the Biker Bear, TOMMEE the Tiger, or a mix selected by Biker Buddeez Foundation.

Businesses, clubs, groups, and community partners interested in larger mission support may request sponsor information. Sponsorship recognition, campaign assignment, and related benefits are subject to approval, availability, and the specific sponsorship arrangement.

Tax and Donation Disclaimer

Biker Buddeez Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice. Donors and purchasers should consult their tax advisor regarding deductibility.

Purchases involving goods or services may have different tax treatment than direct donations. No statement on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee that any purchase, donation, or sponsorship is fully tax-deductible.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because Biker Buddeez products are mission-based collectible items, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Refunds are not issued for change-of-mind purchases, duplicate orders, buyer’s remorse, or failure to read the product description before purchase.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@BikerBuddeez.com with your order number and photos of the issue. If the issue is verified, Biker Buddeez may, at its discretion, replace the item, provide store credit, or issue a refund where appropriate.

Gifted BUDDEEZ purchases are assigned to organized mission campaigns and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once placed.

Shipping and Fulfillment

We work to fulfill orders as accurately and efficiently as possible. Shipping times may vary based on product availability, production timing, inventory, carrier delays, campaign timing, and other operational factors.

For products listed as pre-order, backorder, limited batch, or upcoming batch items, estimated shipping timelines are estimates only and may change.

If we cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, or if no timeframe is stated within the timeframe required by applicable law, we will follow applicable requirements, which may include notifying the customer, requesting consent to a delay, or offering the option to cancel for a refund.

Product Availability and Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate product information, images, pricing, availability, and descriptions. However, we do not guarantee that all information on the site will be error-free, complete, current, or perfectly accurate.

Product colors, details, packaging, accessories, and included items may vary slightly from photos or descriptions due to production changes, screen settings, inventory availability, or supplier updates.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, revise product descriptions, cancel orders, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Mission Language and Shriners Relationship

Biker Buddeez Foundation supports Shriners and the mission to get BUDDEEZ into the hands of Shriners kids.

Unless expressly stated in writing, nothing on this website should be interpreted as claiming that Biker Buddeez Foundation is an official national partner, agent, representative, or affiliate of Shriners Children’s or any related organization. Use of Shriners-related mission language is intended to describe the charitable purpose and beneficiary focus of the Foundation’s work.
